Frequently Asked Questions
They are viruses that affect the respiratory tract and are associated with the common cold, pneumonia, severe acute respiratory syndrome (SARS) and middle east respiratory syndrome (MERS).
According to WHO, the novel Coronavirus (COVID-19) is a special strain of coronavirus that has not been previously found in humans.
Information on the spread, severity and clinical impact of the virus is still limited.
Electrostatic disinfection is a quick and easy way to achieve 360 degree, touchless disinfection. While it may sound complicated, the technology is simple to understand.
Electrostatic sprayers use positive and negative charges to make disinfecting solutions electromagnetically stick to targeted surfaces.
For example, no matter which angle you disinfect a surface from, the charge created by the electrostatic sprayer makes the disinfectant wrap around and cling to the entire surface.
While there are a variety of electrostatic sprayers on the market, we use Victory Innovation electrostatic sprayers, which have ETL Certifications. This means that their equipment meets all the minimum safety standard requirements established by OSHA and carried out by Nationally Recognized Testing Laboratories.
Vital Oxide eliminates odors at their source, but kills a wide range of bacteria and viruses including SARS CoV-2, H1N1, MRSA, Norovirus, HIV, Legionella, Pseudomonas aeruginosa, Hepatitis A,B, and C, Ebola virus and others on hard, non-porous, environmental surfaces. It meets standards for Hospital Grade Disinfection and is on the EPA N List of products determined to meet the criteria for use against SARS-CoV-2, the virus that causes COVID-19.
Vital Oxide kills viruses & bacteria in 1 minute. It requires a dwell time of 10 minutes.
The elimination of viruses and bacteria will occur only at the time of service.
Once people have been allowed to re-enter the area, there is a chance of the area becoming infected by a virus and would need to be treated once again.
We highly recommend daily sanitizing until your next scheduled electrostatic disinfecting service
